Delivery

1. Delivery service is not provided by customers shopped at our distributor's store.

2. Delivery service arrangement of customers shopped on the wellgroup onlineshop (www.Wellgroup.com.hk).

2.1 Customers can enjoy free delivery service to Hong Kong local bussiness area for any order with spending on our onlineshop of $200 or above (based on the transaction amount after discount and/or after e-coupon and promotion code discount). Otherwise, a delivery charge applies.

2.2. Customers can choose pay delivery service or self pick up with any order spending on our onlineshop of under $200(based on the transaction amount after discount and/or after e-coupon and promotion code discount). Delivery charge to be quotated. Please contact our customer service department for quotation.

2.3. customers can choose "SF express self pick up" for $20 with any order spending on our onlineshop of under $200 "SF express self pick up address". 2.4. Oversea Order - If delivery address is outside of Hong Kong. Delivery charge will be applied. Please contact our customer service department for delivery quotation.

3. Once the order confirmed. Our customer service department will contact customers for the delivery arrangement.

4. If customers do not recive our order confrimation, please contact our customer service department during office hour.

5. We refused to provide any delivery service with any unconfrim order.

How to Buy

1. Please visit our distributor's store to purchase our products. Please check "Point of sales" for location details.

2. For our distributor's store, we accept cash payment, and most of the populor electronic payment are also accept. Please take refer to the store's payment terms.
